Shipping & Delivery Policy

Lagran provides digital products, software, and IT services. As such, most of our services are delivered electronically and not through physical shipping.

  1. Digital Deliverables

    • All software, applications, and digital services are delivered via secure channels such as email, project management tools, cloud storage, or direct deployment to client servers.

    • Delivery timelines are mentioned in the proposal, quotation, or project agreement.

  2. Service Delivery

    • For website, mobile app, ERP, CRM, or digital marketing services, delivery is milestone-based and communicated to the client in advance.

    • Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and required information for smooth delivery.

  3. Shipping of Physical Items (if applicable in future)

    • If any physical products (e.g., hardware, packaged software kits, promotional material) are shipped, standard courier/ logistics partners will be used.

    • Delivery timelines may vary by location (usually 7–15 business days within India). Tracking details will be shared with the client.

  4. Delays

    • Lagran is not responsible for delays caused by client dependencies (e.g., missing information, delayed approvals) or external factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, force majeure).

  5. Confirmation of Delivery

    • For digital services, delivery will be deemed complete once the project files, credentials, or access details are shared.

    • For physical products, delivery will be deemed complete upon confirmation by logistics partner.
