Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Lagran, we strive to provide high-quality IT, software development, and digital services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully:

  1. Service Engagements & Projects

    • Once a project has been initiated and work has commenced (design, development, or marketing activities), payments made are non-refundable.

    • Any advance payments or milestone payments are used to allocate resources and cannot be reversed.

  2. Cancellations

    • Clients may request to cancel a service before project initiation. In such cases, Lagran may refund the advance payment after deducting administrative/processing charges.

    • If cancellation is requested after project initiation, no refund will be issued.

  3. Subscriptions & Retainers

    • For monthly/annual subscriptions (e.g., maintenance, digital marketing, hosting, or SaaS tools), cancellations must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

    • Once the billing cycle starts, payments are non-refundable.

  4. Refund Eligibility

    • Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payment or billing errors caused by Lagran.

    • No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after agreed-upon deliverables are provided.

  5. Process

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
