Sales & Marketing Intern

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to support the sales and marketing teams in lead generation, branding, digital outreach, and market analysis. This internship provides hands-on exposure to customer engagement, digital marketing tools, and real-world business development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Sales Support

• Assist in lead generation, qualification, and follow-ups
• Maintain and update the CRM database
• Support outreach via calls, emails, and social media
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports
• Participate in sales meetings and learn the end-to-end sales cycle

b. Marketing Support

• Help execute digital marketing campaigns (Social Media, Email Marketing, SEO)
• Create content: posts, brochures, presentations, newsletters
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist with events, webinars, and promotional activities
• Support brand awareness initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales funnels and digital marketing
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and CRM tools (added advantage)
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
