Flutter Developer (1–3 Years Experience) – Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with 1–3 years of experience to build high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining scalable apps while collaborating with designers and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
Build responsive, high-performance apps for Android and iOS
Integrate REST APIs and third-party services
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect designs
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Debug, test, and optimize application performance
Participate in code reviews and agile development processes
Manage app deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in mobile app development using Flutter
Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter framework
Experience with state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or GetX)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Notifications)
Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
Knowledge of Git/version control
Basic understanding of native development (Kotlin/Swift is a plus)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with unit/widget testing
Knowledge of app performance optimization techniques
Prior experience publishing apps to app stores
