We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with 12+ to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in business development and sales.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute business development strategies focused on financial growth and customer satisfaction.
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and establish relationships with potential clients.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
Sales Management: Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales.
