Accounts & Inventory Intern – Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts & Inventory Intern to support day-to-day accounting and stock management activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to basic accounting, billing, and inventory tracking processes in a real business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in data entry for accounting records and invoices
Support inventory tracking and stock updates
Help in maintaining purchase and sales records
Assist in GST billing and documentation
Support stock audits and reconciliations
Maintain reports using MS Excel
Coordinate with team for basic operational tasks
Skills & Qualifications:
Basic understanding of accounting concepts
Familiarity with MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to learn inventory and billing processes
Good organizational skills and teamwork
