Job Summary:

As a Reinforcement Learning Engineer, you will develop, implement, and optimize reinforcement learning algorithms and models. You will collaborate with a team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to create intelligent systems that learn from their environment and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop reinforcement learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems.
• Implement, test, and validate reinforcement learning solutions in real-world applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reinforcement learning models into production systems.
• Optimize and fine-tune algorithms to improve performance and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in reinforcement learning and AI research.
• Analyze and interpret data to understand model behavior and improve accuracy.
• Prepare technical documentation and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in reinforcement learning, machine learning, or a related area.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Solid understanding of reinforcement learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
• Experience with designing and implementing RL models in a real-world context.
• Familiarity with deep learning and neural network architectures.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of simulation environments like OpenAI Gym, Unity ML-Agents, or similar.
• Experience with other areas of machine learning and AI, such as supervised and unsupervised learning.
• Understanding of software development best practices, including version control and agile methodologies
