Job Title: UI/UX Product Designer

Location: Hyderabad, Banjara hills (WFO)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree /B Tech

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and user needs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve our design processes.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
• Ensure the final product design adheres to the company’s brand identity and enhances user experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD: Strong hands-on experience with these tools for creating high-fidelity designs and prototypes.

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles: Knowledge of user-centered design processes and best practices.

Experience with user research methods: Ability to conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests.

Attention to detail: Keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and overall visual consistency.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills: Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Problem-solving mindset: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve design challenges.

Portfolio of previous design work: Demonstrated experience with successful UI/UX projects.

 Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development: Understanding of how designs are implemented in code.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with other design tools: Figma, Adobe XD.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
