SR/IT Recruiter

Position: Senior IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment:
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles including software developers, data scientists, network engineers, etc.
• Sourcing and Networking:
• Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates on the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Candidate Experience:
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and manage the offer negotiation process.
• Data Management and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on hiring progress.
• Market Insights:
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
• Advise hiring managers on competitive landscape and candidate availability.

• Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry practices.
• Familiarity with various technical assessment tools and methods.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in using ATS and recruitment software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Certifications (preferred but not required):
• PHR, SPHR, or other relevant HR certifications.
• Technical recruiting certifications from organizations like AIRS.
