Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with 1.5 years of experience and proficiency in Tally ERP9 to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with various accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and providing support to the senior accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions using Tally ERP9
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
• Assist with payroll processing
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1.5 years of experience in an accounting role
• Proficiency in Tally ERP9
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
